Who We Are
ToroSnell helps organizations turn ideas, insight, and strategy into practical systems their teams can use.
We work with leaders and teams to make the real work visible, understand how people and processes connect, and build structures that support execution over time. Our work centers on the gap many organizations face after the conversation ends: how to move from good ideas to daily practice without losing momentum.
Our approach is practical by design. We bring structure, but the content comes from the organization itself: its people, processes, tools, activities, goals, and operating reality. The result is not a generic recommendation. The result is a working system shaped around how the organization actually functions.
How Our Brands Work Together
ToroSnell, The KnowledgeWorks, and Vitura LLC each play a different role in how our work is developed, delivered, and supported.
ToroSnell is our consulting practice. Through ToroSnell, we work directly with organizations to apply, test, and refine the frameworks taught through The KnowledgeWorks. This work gives us real-world insight into the challenges teams face when they are trying to clarify work, strengthen execution, and develop people.
The KnowledgeWorks is our learning platform. Through The KnowledgeWorks, those frameworks become courses, resources, and workforce development pathways that people can access, learn from, and apply at their own pace.
Vitura LLC is the operating company that supports the business structure behind ToroSnell and The KnowledgeWorks. Vitura LLC supports agreements, administration, delivery operations, partner activity, and the systems that allow the work to run consistently.
Our Team
Andrew Toro
Principal PartnerFocusing on business transformation, organizational design, operational strategy, and capability building.
Andrew partners with leaders to turn early-stage ideas into practical systems, stronger teams, and scalable ways of working. He often works at the zero-to-one stage, guiding organizations as they clarify what they are building, identify the capabilities they need, and create operating models that can grow over time. He also works with organizations beyond the early build, strengthening the teams, workflows, and capabilities needed to scale without losing clarity.
His approach is grounded in a simple belief: business transformation starts with people. Andrew believes the people inside an organization already carry critical knowledge about how work happens, where friction exists, and what is needed to move forward.
In addition to his consulting work, Andrew is active in Kansas City’s business and civic community. He volunteers with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City as the Hablemos Program Chair and contributes to the Business Architecture Guild as part of the Organizational Design / Business Architecture Alignment Team.
